The hotel is located conveniently right next to the toll. Check-in process is very fast and staff was very helpful in transportating our luggage to our room as there is no elevator from the parking to the lobby - we dropped off everything at the lobby. We visited during the off peak season, so there's lots of parking space. Parking is free for guests. There's a working mini fridge with a kettle to boil hot water. Hotel is also close to shops if you want food. Small breakfast spread, but the options are sufficient for variety. Great stay and will definitely visit here again.

The staff were accommodating when I requested about parking lot to accommodate my OKU child. We didn't have to wait long. Fast.

Best hotel in Sungai Petani. We got the valet parking for three days, thanks for the uncle at the entrance who is kind enough to let us.

the lobby staff especially the staff in the dining are very friendly and very helpful . they make the guest feel like they’re in the 5 star hotel. the food is also so nice and delicious, praise to the chef and the staff. parking is easy and safe. will be back again.

I love the quiet, cozy, comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful scenery. the staff are also very kind, efficient and friendly. however, my room pipe was leaking. i also found the tiles in the bathroom were not washed clean. there are algae in the cracks of the tiles. my room was room 403. in my opinion, the hospitality and cozy atmosphere were reasonably priced. however, hotel facilities such as toilet plumbing and cleanliness of tiles in toilets need to be improvised.
